1. Booking Confirmation Once you complete your booking, a member of our team will contact you to confirm all necessary details. This service is time-sensitive, so prompt and accurate responses are greatly appreciated.
2. Arrival at the Old Port On the day of your arrival, your cruise ship will tender you to the Old Port of Santorini. Please confirm in advance that your ship is scheduled to tender at the Old Port—otherwise, this service will not be applicable.
3. Meet Our Representative At the Old Port, our representative will greet you holding a sign with your name and guide you to the correct water taxi for a smooth boarding process.
4. Important Timing Note Occasionally, due to heavy port traffic, your cruise ship's tender may be delayed by up to 20 minutes. We do our best to minimize disruption and kindly ask for your understanding.
5. Water Taxi Transfer The water taxi will take you to Ammoudi Bay. From there, you can arrange your own onward transportation or choose from our available transfer options, if needed.

Rescheduling: free of charge, subject to availability. Cruise passengers: 100% refund — regardless of payment option — if your ship arrives late, changes its arrival date, skips the port, or the cruise is cancelled.
