Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Refund Policy
✓ Full Refund (100%)
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the reserved date will receive a complete refund.
✗ No Refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reservation are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your reservation without any additional fees, subject to availability.
- If your preferred date or tour is unavailable, cancellation terms based on the timing of your request will apply.
Cruise Friendly Refund Policy
To qualify for this policy, you must agree to a 100% refund in the event that:
- The client’s ship arrives late, and the client is unable to join the tour
- The client’s ship changes its date of arrival
- The client’s ship skips port
- The cruise line cancels the cruise

Terms & Conditions
By booking with VIP Santorini, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Route Changes and Safety Adjustments
- The company reserves the right to modify or adjust the tour route due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or safety concerns.
- In the event of such changes, every effort will be made to notify customers promptly via email or phone.
2. Tour Cancellations by the Company
If a tour is canceled by the company due to adverse weather conditions or other safety-related reasons, a 100% refund of any payments (deposit or full) will be issued within 5-7 business days.
3. Customer Safety and Experience
Our priority is ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. All decisions to cancel or modify tours are made with your wellbeing in mind.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
- No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in forfeiture of the booking with no refund.
- Any special requirements or accessibility needs must be communicated at the time of booking.
